the Aztecs were native Americans but if you are referring to the northern America Natives: the Tribe of the Anasazi indeed did build such kind of City with such a Pyramid/Temple(Cahokia).

Same here. It seems that the world went down the tubes when people forgot who they are. Personally, I blame Christianity. It saw all the native cultures and religions it encountered as ‘evil’ and tried to stop them out. Now people have no idea who they are or where they come from. It really is a sad world we live in now.

Also, the movie is not JUST entertainment, specially when the ridiculous theory of the so called end of the world that the Maya so called prophecized in their calendars, has been forced into the masses to keep us dependent to a god! No thank you , I have been lied to, too long and it stops here. The movie,which is the real issue here, is offensive, inconsistent, false, and historically wrong!lets say I made the Celts all gay, with 24 hrs orgies….what then? is it entertainment still?

Exactly, why you learned has been taught or written in the interest of the same hands that killed our history. I am not trying to argue here, but the Maya had large cities my friend. and no offense,but I doubt you can tell me anything about the aztec, because Im sure you are actually referring to the Mexikahtl( meh-shee-kah), because the Aztecs no longers existed after 1116 a.d , that has been one of the many misconceptions of our history.

I’m not an expert on the Maya, so cut me some slack. I’ve done some research, and as far as I know, the Maya had no large cities in the Post-Classic period. Ask me anything about the Aztec and I can probably tell you, but the Maya I am woefully ignorant of. If you made a movie that portrayed the Celts as barbarians, I wouldn’t be offended at all, because they were barbarians, and the movie is just pure entertainment. Seriously, chill out.
